  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp white vinger
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 3 tsp hickory-smoked salt to taste


  1. Scoop egg yolks into medium bowl and mash with fork.
  2. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and curry powder and blend well.
  3. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with fluted or star tip. Pipe into reserved egg whites.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, lightly sprinkle the eggs with hickory-smoked salt.
