A lot of people have a hard time sleeping at night, and drinking tea or milk can sometimes help the situation. But one herb can certainly help your sleepless nights, try this Drought-of-the-Living-Dead (Sleep) Tea.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp catnip
- 1 1/2 tsp valerian root powder
- 1 tsp chamomile
- 1 tsp lavender
- 1/2 tsp hibiscus petals, dried
- 2 tsp kava-kava
- 1 1/3 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions:
- Heat water until boiling, or until desired temperature.
- Combine herbs into tea strainer.
- Steep for 3 minutes, serve with sugar or honey.
