PRODUCTS SUMMARY

Savory winter has a slightly more bitter and stronger flavor than its close cousin, summer savory. It is native in the Mediterranean and it grows in warm and temperate climates and makes a wonderful addition to herb gardens. When its dried, this herb is best with dishes such as beans, proteins, and stews. Traditionally, winter savory has also been enjoyed as an infusion because of its lovely aroma.
