Cashew-Curry Chicken Salad

Just got from the gym after a heavy workout and wanted to eat something good but healthy and delicious. You get tempted to take a bite at a McDonald's burger because the gym you are working out is adjacent to the nearest McDonald's, but don't worry, you can have a healthy delicious meal full of nutrients that would surely satisfy that hunger after your workout. It's so easy that you don't have to strain a muscle making this dish. Try this delicious, healthy and wonderful Cashew-Curry Chicken salad for your post-workout meal.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup honey Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
Preparations
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat, and serve.
