The version of the old classic Bar Cheese. Mild cheddar flavor with just a hint of horseradish and garlic. Great on pretzels, chips, crackers, with veggies or on Beer Bread. Yummy! Pack mixes with one 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream. Makes 2 cups.
