Sometimes known as the red tea or redbush tea, the Rooibos tea leaves undergo an oxidation process, and this process produces the distinctive reddish-brown color of rooibos, and enhances the flavor. The tea has a natural sweetness, with an earthy and rich flavor. You can add milk and sugar to enhance its taste, you may also include a slice of lemon and honey to sweeten it. This tea tastes both hot and iced.
