1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that unforeseen delays with the carrier are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the destination. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eherbz.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. For lost packages, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eherbz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply for returned orders.
